Job Summary:
Working under the direction of the OSU Library, Accountant IV: Coordinate Travel Activity for OSU Library faculty and staff Process requests.
Maintain/monitor budgets.
Coordinate payments Arrange/book flights, vehicles, etc.
as necessary Process Reimbursements in a timely/efficient manner Serve as (non-library materials) purchasing agent for OSU Library Submit requisitions.
o Mark up and sign contracts under $5000.
Assist with Grant Proposal Routing via Cayuse.
Ensure adherence to purchasing guidelines Process invoices Receipt items Coordinate purchasing with Library departments.
Work with OSU Purchasing in bid process.
Be mindful of policies and procedures.
Process CVIs for departmental charges campus-wide.
Utilize p-card for necessary purchases.
Prepare Foundation voucher forms for OSU Foundation.
Monitor foundation account budgets.
Monthly account Reconciliations to include expense log, travel log, work order log.
Balance and maintain cash fund.
Attend University meetings representing OSU Library.
Assist Accountant IV with inventory.
Assist Accountant IV with special projects.
Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines regarding student awards and prizes.
Coordinate disposal of documents as Administrative Team Member.
Library Administrative Staff Assist patrons and guests of the Dean's Office Supervise student employees as necessary.
Serve as back up to other administrative staff persons in the Dean's Office.
Serve as safety officer for the Dean's Office.
Assist/lead special projects.
