Job Summary:
Responsible for reviewing and/or approving payroll adjustment spreadsheet for upload into the payroll system, updating employee data in Banner, providing information from queries to payroll and department staff and uploading data to state and federal websites from provided queries, providing access and/or reissuing W-2s and pay stubs for former employees and providing back up support for the front desk and electronic personnel action form approvals.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
Two years of general office/clerical experience.
Strong data entry skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to communicate professionally with a variety of personalities and skill levels.
Ability to recognize when documentation should be created or requested.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize job responsibilities.
Typing: 35 CWPM, Ten-key ability
Preferred Qualifications:
Vocational/Technical training in computer, accounting, and/or payroll.
One year or more of experience working with Payroll and/or payroll processing.
Knowledge of Banner HR EPAFs.
General knowledge of Payroll Services forms and guides.
