What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Track business insights & opportunities and provide robust analytical data discovery & validation.
Hands-on development of reports, related documents & dashboards generated to support strategy.
Monitor & enhance pipeline of primary & secondary research into CRM or other BI platforms.
Support intelligence distribution activities including custom BI reports, presentations, webinars & senior level documentation.
Act as a BI resource responsible for BI report distribution to Company.
Support short & long-term volume forecasting by product line
Data preparation (sourcing, acquisition, integration), reporting, analytics, data exploration
Information delivery & reporting to internal audiences
Decipher relationships & identify high-level insights from geographical data & other primary & secondary research data & develop associated strategies to support Sales, Marketing & other key departments
Participate actively in multi-department or company-wide BI initiatives designed to meet shared company goals, including project ownership, documentation, testing & implementation.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, marketing, applied mathematics or other analytically quantitative discipline.
Master’s degree a plus.
0-2 years related experience.
Intermediate to advanced MS-Office skills.
Power BI desktop experience preferred.
Strong problem solving & analytical processing skills.
Experience working in a team environment.
Able to communicate & present effectively (verbally & in writing) with all levels of management in a clear & professional manner.
