Pawnee Tribal Development Corporation Job Description Position Title: Gaming Revenue Auditor Department: Accounting Reports To: Controller FLSA Designation: Non-Exempt SUMMARY: Performs systematic review and reconciliation of all revenue and documents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.
Receives all revenue related transaction reports with associated supporting documents for cage/vault, slots, and food & beverage.
Reconciles the reports to supporting documents in accordance with established internal controls.
· Communicates problems or discrepancies to management in a timely and efficient manner.
· Prepares exception reports.
· Compiles and maintains historical data.
· Generates summary and other reports.
· Prepares and completes daily audits and maintains audits records.
· Completes the daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual daily revenue audit procedures as outlined in the MICS and SICS.
· Reviews daily reports and corrects errors.
· Inputs cash drops and comp tickets into audit.
· Calculates any shortages or overages by cashiers in cash, comps, credit cards, etc.
· Investigates errors and reports them to the Controller as deemed appropriate.
· Maintains consistent and punctual attendance.
· Performs other duties assigned by supervisor or administrator.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general educational degree (GED) and at least two (2) years accounting experience and/or training required.
Gaming revenue experience is preferred.
Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of word processing and Excel experience required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain a Key Gaming License.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before employees, patrons, management, and directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must maintain professional behavior and possess exceptional customer and employee service skills at all times.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, as well as within a team environment.
