SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing the electronic gaming machine (EGM), handling table games, and ATM kiosk drop and count, ensuring compliance with Casino Policy, Procedures and all applicable Tribal, State and Federal regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintains a thorough, working knowledge of Casino Policy, Procedures and all applicable Tribal, State and Federal regulations.
Ensures the integrity of all regional soft count transactions.
Assists in the electronic gaming machine (EGM) drops, counting money, and reconciling gaming revenue.
Prepares reports, reconciles all totals to the Master Summary and forwards all information in accordance with policy and procedures.
Maintains all records, reports and other required paperwork in soft count.
Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve soft count disputes.
Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Some college courses in banking and finance or related area preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Effective communication skills required.
Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
