This position will facilitate the work of the Administration and Finance Division of Oklahoma State University by providing services needed to support the Office of A&F Business Operations and the Department of Risk and Property Management.
At the instruction of the Director and Assistant Director, this position will 1) gather, proofread and submit all paperwork for Office of Management and Enterprise Services claims; 2) process and reconcile financial transactions within the department; 3) assist with the preparation of analytics and reports; 4) assist with leasing processes, including entering appropriate charges; 5) perform clerical duties as necessary to provide efficient workflow within the departments; 6) provide other services needed to support the University's mission.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
Two years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, and general office experience.
A self-motivated individual with a service attitude, initiative, and problem-solving capabilities who enjoys working with people of all levels (faculty, students, staff, other college/university professionals, general public) in a service-oriented public environment.
The individual should present his/herself in a professional manner and be able to work under pressure.
The ability to handle confidential matters is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
Knowledge of database software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree in Business.
Three years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
Post-Secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
Experience with database software is a plus.
Knowledge of University Policies and Procedures, accounting and purchasing systems.
