The Coordinator of Operations is responsible for business and operational functions for Campus Life.
Manage fiscal operations functions for Campus Life.
Reconcile OSU Foundation account including new donations, expenses, vouchers, and reporting.
Facilitate the human resource processes within Campus Life.
Oversight of telephone services, inventory, keys, department calendar.
Process travel requests and reimbursement and staff reimbursements.
Assist in compiling reports for Campus Life.
Lead special projects, collaborating with staff, campus partners, and other constituents.
The Coordinator of Operations will report to the Assistant Vice President of Campus Life and Student Support and will serve on the Campus Life leadership team.
Requires the use of proper ergonomics and the ability to lift 25 lbs.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
Six years of professional experience.
Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience (1 year of education: 1 year of experience).
Knowledge of general accounting and human resources processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or other business-related degree.
Seven or more years of closely related experience.
Proficiency with Banner Financial and HR, AIRS (including EPAF’s, CVI’s, Department Deposits, Concur and Travel Requests and Reimbursements) Self Service Reports, OkCorral, ePrint reports, Cognos Reporting System, WORKS (P/Card system), Banner Salary Planner and Budget Development, E-Verify, OSU Talent System, People Admin, personnel and payroll files.
Experience with Banner Student.
