ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Location: Blackwell, OK
Summary
This person will provide support to office staff.
The person in this role will have the opportunity to learn a variety of job duties as they provide backup and assistance to others in accounts payable, fuel pricing and invoicing, and others as needed.
Another key element will be professional customer forward correspondence with vendors, customers, etc.
, as well as coordinating various projects.
Responsibilities
• Provide professional administrative and clerical support in an office setting.
• Work in all levels of invoicing.
• Perform accounts payable duties.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Perform data entry and scan documents.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
• Will be required to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Create and modify various documents using Microsoft Office.
• Professional level communication in all contexts (in person, phone, email, letters, etc.
)
• Ability to work independently.
• Creative ability in completing various projects as assigned
• High level of computer skills.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High school education required.
• College degree or business vocational education preferred.
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments.
• Extremely organized with strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer use.
• Must maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
• Experience working in accounts payable, handling invoices, and general office duties.
