*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Ensures that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with U.
S.
accounting standards and regulatory bodies.
* Maintains normal accounting functions including, but not limited to, Sales Tax, Income Tax, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.
* Maintains files and supporting documents for all transactions
* Prepares required internal reports by gathering and analyzing information from Quickbooks or other sources for management as needed.
* Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
* Other duties may be assigned as required by SPI Management personnel
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with high transactional volume
* *Qualifications*
* BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
* Minimum of 10 years accounting experience
* CPA/CMA preferred
* Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat preferred
* Experience with QuickBooks is required
* Experience with Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP), components, and associated products preferred, but ability to learn ESP basic knowledge is required
* Must be detail oriented
* Must be self-starter
* Must have the ability to work with limited supervision
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must be able to work in a team based environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $125,000.
