First National Bank of Oklahoma is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer for the Ponca City Office.
FNBOK is a growing community bank with locations in Ponca City, Tonkawa, and Oklahoma City.
We are looking for a friendly, business minded person to manage a $20mm primarily commercial portfolio.
Candidate should possess excellent communication skills and enjoy assisting customers meet their financial needs.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field is preferred.
3-7 years of Lending experience.
Business experience with a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service.
Strong analytical interest in business information and decisions.
Proficient with computers and software programs (ie:Excel, Word, etc).
Business Development Responsibilities Take a visible role in the community by being an active leader.
Make site visits on prospective clients and existing customers.
Lending responsibilities Evaluate credit worthiness through interviews and analysis.
Assist with completion of applications and financial statements.
Prepare and present credit memos to President, committee and others.
Collect past dues with calls, letters or site visits as needed.
Perform on site collateral inspections.
Cross-sell products and services for overall growth of the bank.
Go the “extra mile” to build relationships and customer loyalty throughout the underwriting process.
Operate within compliance of all banking laws and regulations.
