About the Position: Act as a Purchasing Agent for Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service (OCES) via Pcard.
Responsible for monthly accounting of 4-H accounts within the extension department.
Serves as backup for other Extension Finance duties as assigned/required.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Required: High School/GED
Two years related experience.
Post secondary education may be substituted for experience.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Solid written & verbal communication skills and a desire to work with people are essential.
Knowledge of Quicken/Quickbooks.
Preferred: Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or closely related
Prior work history to include accounting experience.
An individual who is familiar with OSU accounting policies and procedures and internal systems (Banner, OK Corral, AIRS, Works) is preferred.
