*Claims Payment Processor * Job duties to include but not limited to: * Properly pair invoices to the corresponding claims for all adjusters based on a routine schedule.
* Pay invoices for the proper amounts on the appropriate weekly report.
* Deliver completed payments to the appropriate adjuster in the appropriate order.
* Verify the validity of police reports, receipts, etc.
* Computer skills, professional communication, and multi-tasking required.
* Mail out any letters as requested by the adjusters.
* Lift boxes up to 25lbs.
* Manage filing of processed claims.
* Maintain file order based on product.
* Assist the other assistants with other duties as necessary.
* Perform any additional job functions as requested by supervisors.
All new employees are subject to a 90 day probationary period.
During this time, the supervisor considers whether the employee is able to meet the standards and expectations of the department.
The employee will be evaluated in the following areas: * Ability to learn and perform job duties * Quality of work * Productivity * Work habits * Cooperation * Attendance * Punctuality * Other standards and expectations specific to the employee’s work situation Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $11.
