Pay: $49/hr, flat rate
Schedule: Nights, 3X12
Duties:
Fulfills the needs of the patients, families and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with his/her licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
\* Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner.
\* Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age appropriate care.
\* Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients needs
\* Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients
\* Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidence by appropriate documentation
\* Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidence by appropriate documentation
\* Completes admission assessment in time frame established, according to policy and procedures
Skills:
• NIHSS, BLS & ACLS – Required
• BSN - Highly desired
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district - Required
• Med/Surg Experience - Required: 2 Years
• RN Experience - Required: 2 Years
