*What Does the RN Do? *
* Follow Physician orders and communicate accurate assessment data to maintain quality of care
* Record a patient’s medical history accurately
* Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
* Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
* Monitor patients’ condition and compose patient charts
* Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.
* Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc.
, clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks
* Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
* Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
* Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions

Nurses get to utilize many different clinical skills because we service geriatric patients who have needs of wound care, infection control management, IV’s, wound vacs, gastrostomy tubes, medication management, and more!
*Requirements: *
* Have a current state Registered Nurse License.
* Follow the State mandated guidelines for medication management and community-based care.
* Understand and follow State regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.
* Must pass criminal background check.
