* Alliance has cleaned buildings for 40 years.
* Alliance cleans more than 800 buildings in these metro areas: Denver, Tampa Bay, Houston, Kansas City, Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma City, Springfield, Tulsa, Stillwater and Wichita.
* Alliance cleans multiple facility types, including office buildings, medical facilities, manufacturing plants, churches, schools, municipalities, retail, and restaurants.
* Alliance performs monthly on-site inspections to achieve customer satisfaction.
* Alliance selects cleaning personnel based upon a rigid screening process, including a criminal background check.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in medical facilities
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness of carpets and upholstery.
- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned duties.
- Flexibility to work different shifts or schedules as needed.
